With a heavy heart and lots of hope, I write you about my darling husband Peter’s passing on April 18, 2009. Since September 2006, his determination to work through several courses of chemotherapy and continue our business inspired all of us. He loved his ponds and pond owners. I will remember him with the joy and pride he felt in all his creations. He never gave up.

And neither will I ~ Creative Aquascapes is Continuing.

I will be teaming up with the best local professionals to create water gardens, which are exquisite brush-strokes of nature. Each one is a retreat for stress reduction, meditation, entertaining or relaxing with friends at your home.
We are prepared to do regular maintenance on your pond, whether it is weekly, monthly, quarterly or as needed.

Inspired by Sarasota Architect Richard Miga, Peter began designing watergardens in 2000 and discovered Aquascape Designs, Inc. (ADI) where he received his training. His first pond was built for Marina Hegarty in 2001. In the next two years Peter was commissioned to design and build eleven additional ponds and became a Certified Aquascape Contractor, with ADI. ADI is also the supplier of our pond equipment.
